I would very much doubt that they will be closed for it!

SOOOOOOOOO good. The food is AMAZING and so fresh. The dumplings are all to die for. I'll definitely be back soon.
Decent turnaround of the dim sum carts. Wide selection of dishes, but not a lot on the cheap end of the menu. Waits can be long since the place is really popular during peak times.
Can't reserve by phone. It was 1 hour wait so plan accordingly. Foods are good, came quick, my family who live in Seattle said it was the best dimsum there. What I like most is, it's still using carts with all the foods so we just point and get what we want right away, while lots of other restaurants have eliminated that and just using menu to place order.
No bad, best of what’s around the seattle area. Super busy on Sunday of course, but they turn over tables fast so it wasn’t a bad wait.
One of the few dim sum style Chinese restaurant on the east side. Large number of tables inside with food carts going around frequently. Food is reasonably good and has large variety including porridge and tofu fa. Parking on the lot outside shared with a few other businesses and can be crowded at times.
This was my first time visiting a Dim Sum restaraunt and honestly I’m not sure what the hype is about this place. The customer service was good but There’s not enough parking spaces, some of the food items were ok tasting but it didn’t agree well with my stomach. I wasn’t blown away at all.
My review is in the point of view of an Asian wedding. Long story short - it was amazing. The food is top notch starting from the pickles and jelly fish to deep fried crab and shrimp, to stir fried chicken, to steamed chicken, to soup, to lobster, to noodles, to sweet and sour rice to dessert. Basically, all of the food was flavorful and authentic. To top it all off, the staff was extremely accommodating with setting up hours, helping us move and set up, and being kind with helping us clean.
Dim sum is good but there aren't enough vegetables to balance the meal.
The only place I would go for dim sum in the whole seattle area. Way better than the rude and potentially unsanitary ID ones. They have so many options and after maybe 4 times being there I'm still trying out new dim sum everytime I go.
Visited in evening at around 7:30. Very busy which I thought was a good sign. But turns out they were very understaffed. Barely got any attention and waiter didn't visit for 15 minutes. Food entrees were hit and miss. Wesley beef soup was good. Ma Po Tofu was horrible. Honey walnut prawns were decent. Clay pot fish and tofu was not. Roasted chicken was pretty good, though a bit dull as it was just some oven roasted chicken. Water spinach was excellent, but not delivered until just before we're were ready to leave. Rice never did come. I observed another table receiving the fresh fish, and that looked good - regret not ordering that instead.
Very rare I go to a place that serves more food than I can handle! The server is great & always has a smile in his face. Portion sizes are huge!!
Great place. Good price, good dim sum. Always packed at lunch time. Service is pretty decent. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The bathroom is dirty, the floors are dirty. I would like to say the cleanliness is a big deal but I'm still giving a great review of the place.
Great food, great service. Even though there were fourteen of us that came in past 11PM, the staff and chef were incredibly charming and hospitable. The food was also incredible. Some of the best Chinese food I've had in the US. The seafood is fresh and perfectly prepared. We especially liked the Honey Walnut Prawns. I would recommend the place to anyone in Seattle wanting some amazing Chinese cuisine.
Delicious from their dim sum and regular menu. Staff are friendly and attentive also.
My father and I stumbled across this restaurant by accident and have since returned several times. The food is authentic, quality Chinese, made with the freshest of seafood. It is always filled with diners who come for a taste of true Chinese food from home.
Not a bad spot for dimsum. There hours of operation amazed us. They where open fairly late on Christmas eve when nothing else was open. There food was enjoyable and i would be willing to return.
Excellent food, impeccable service! As long as you arrive before they open you will find a parking spot and seat rather quickly as they are very efficient. If you arrive any later you will be meet with throngs of people hungrily awaiting all the delicious dim sum that top gun has to offer!Do not miss this if you are on the east side and looking for amazing dim sum!!!
Tasty dim-sum with great quality. Parking is little hard and waiting time is long.
We have been eating dim sum here for 15 years. Still the best on the east side. When we arrived there was a long line, but we were seated within 10 minutes. Staff works hard and fast. Dishes on the carts were hot. Reasonable price. Toilets and carpet could be cleaner. Hence, only 4 stars. Favorite dishes are ribs, white radish cakes, and egg tarts.
Always the best dim sum experience here, possibly better than the other famous one in Bellevue if you know what I mean, the one next to bank
The best Dim Sum I have been to in Seattle. The food is pretty good and price reasonable. Service is good too.
This restaurant was a pleasant experience. The dim sum carts were phenomenal.
